This is a well-designed room with some great puzzles. Unfortunately the gamemaster constantly interrupted our game with clues even though we didn’t want them. Be could barely stand still for a few seconds without her telling us the next step and so we felt cheated out of the chance to work it out ourselves. Potentially a good room but their gamemasters need more training.

Having done the first Ouija escape room and enjoying the scare factor, we quickly booked to do the second. They definitely upped the intended scare factor by introducing new things. However, there were a couple of times when the actor had to push past us in the corridor to get into postion. At another point, he threw a blanket over us. This, coupled by the fact we knew what to expect, meant that it lost a bit of its immersiveness but we had fun nonetheless. As we described before, this is a game you take part in for the jump scares, not for the puzzles themselves.
